Third Beach Villas consist of two triplex detached villas, both have their own private swimming pool and are fully air conditioned. The villas have a ground floor patio, three balconies and a sun terrace. The size of the patio and the sun terrace is inclusive of the size of each villa.There is a also a garden area with each villa. Annual maintenance will be approximately £425. The villas are located in the Esentepe area which is near the third beach in the resort.
